This program applies to any of the thousands of homes you will find on our
property search page. The rebate you earn will be .4% of the purchase price. See the table below for an example of how much you will receive:

Restrictions
- Rebate program is limited to MLS listed homes with a purchase price of $100,000 or more.
- Selling broker must offer Buyer's Agent a minimum commission of 2%.
- Elite Properties, Inc. must procure cause for the sale. You must contact us prior to any other broker regarding the property.
- A signed Buyers Agency agreement is required.
- Rebates paid under this program may qualify as taxable income. Please consult your tax professional for more information.
